Q: Why would I want to be in the G.C.P. (Gary Hunter Creator Program)?
A: The simple answer is.. why would you NOT want to be involved in
potentially the most representative and interesting artistic
movement in the last 30 years.... are you perhaps not an artist?
Q: What would I contribute as a member of the G.C.P.?
A: The beauty of this program is that you could literally contribute
anything that you feel is right. While there are some rules (See
more at THIS LINK), generally anything goes.
If you knitted a sweater with a hand on it.. this is potentially Gary Hunter Certified Content.
Q: If I'm interested, how do I apply?
A: If you are interested, send an honest introduction to the email listed above.
In time, the main editors of Gary Hunter will review your email
and make a unanimous decision on how we will reply.
An average response time will vary, but should initially
be around 2-3 days after careful consideration. Q: I saw that there are ranks in this program, is that true?
A: Yes actually, we do have ranks in our system.
Not in a cult-inspired manor, but in a way to reward people for their
contributions to this art installation. For further clarification,
the hierarchy is as listed:
I: Initiate
II: Hunter
III: Agent
IV: Gary
On top of this, there are awards that contributors can earn based on submissions.
Q: So since there are ranks, how do I rank up?
A: It's really easy! Just contribute as you feel is necessary.
Conceptually high quality submissions are an easy way to rank up.
But rather than ranking up being a goal, let it be something that
happens passively :)
